Georgia: Authorities must repeal new amendments on the Law “On Grants” and other repressive legislation criminalising human rights work

The Observatory for the Protection of Human Rights Defenders, a partnership of the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) and the World Organisation Against Torture (OMCT), and the undersigned organisations condemn the adoption of legislative amendments by the Georgian Parliament, which effectively curtail and criminalise the legitimate human rights work of civil society in Georgia.
