Update of the labor policy of the Human Rights Center

Starting from July 1, 2023, the Human Rights Center will have an updated labor policy for its employees.
Female employees are entitled to have an additional 2 days off every month due to their menstrual cycle.
All employees of the center were already entitled to have 6 days off during the year.
A few months ago, the organization also implemented the practice of four and a half working days a week - on Fridays, the organization works until 14:00.
The center counts 1 hour of the daily breaks of the employees as the working hours.
