HRC is monitoring the cases with alleged political motives in the general courts of Georgia within the frames of the project Legal Aid and Human Rights Monitoring.

Penitentiary Service is to pay GEL 30 000 a Victim of Torture in Moral Damages
In the case of torture, inhuman and degrading treatment committed in the penitentiary system of Georgia, the Special Penitentiary Service was imposed with payment of GEL 30 000 in favour of the person for whom HRC was pleading the cause.

ადამიანის უფლებათა ევროპულმა სასამართლომ დაარეგისტრირა ადამიანის უფლებათა ცენტრის მიერ მომზადებულ საჩივარი, რითაც საქართველოს მოქალაქე, არასრულწლოვანი ბ.ხ. ევროპული კონვენციის მე-6 (საქმის სამართლიანი განხილვის უფლება) და მე-13 მუხლის (სამართლებრივი დაცვის ქმედითი საშუალების უფლება) დარღვევის დადგენას ითხოვს.
