Article "The Importance of Victim Participation in the Proceedings of International Criminal Court" examines the essence of right of victims to participate in ICC proceedings and the main challenges which hinder effective realization of this right. The article relies on the experience of Human Rights Center in terms of the protection of interests of victims of 2008 Russia-Georgia armed conflict through the advocacy carried out before the various organs of the ICC.
